Ian Golding – Managing Director
Ian founded Guardian in 1987 and with the help of a growing team, has consistently expanded the business to where it is today. Ian’s background is in specialist engineering and these skills allow him to oversee the more complex and large scale installations we undertake for our Government and institutional customers including schools, universities and police forces. These days Ian concentrates mainly on our major customer projects which demand not only technical ability but also detailed project management.
Andy Cassell – Operations Director
Andy has been with Guardian for 18 years and manages the delivery platform for the business. Andy`s extensive experience and encyclopedic knowledge of all types of systems makes him something of a go-to-guy and ensures we can handle any takeover or new installation. Andy is responsible for all installations and engineering allocation, ensuring our projects are installed on time and to budget. Andy also ensures that across the engineering teams we have the right balance of training and skills to cover Fire, Intruder, Access, CCTV and Emergency Lighting.
Lisa Home – Service Manger
Lisa’s role as service manager forms the vital bridge between our customers and the engineering force. Lisa has been with Guardian for over 10 years and in that time has acquired an in depth knowledge of our customer base. Lisa and her team control the efficient delivery of our maintenance service, pre planning and scheduling customer site visits, allocating engineers and ensuring they are in the right place at the right time. No small feat!
Adrian Daniels – Finance Manager
Adrian heads up our finance department. His previous career involved senior finance roles at Premier Foods, Huyck Wangner Xerium Technologies Inc and GL&V. Adrian brings large company finance and systems experience to Guardian, which is important to us as we continue to grow.
