Simply a quick email to thank you for our new Intruder Alarm System that Chris installed yesterday. Although we do not feel entirely au fait or confident to operate the alarm at the moment, we would like to mention how courteous and helpful Chris was throughout the installation. We were particularly impressed by the tidiness of his work. Whilst on the subject of complementing your staff, Claire too, on reception, has been very helpful, accommodating and obliging throughout our communications with Guardian. And, Mr. Jordan too, the surveyor, was very helpful, considerate and mindful of our needs.
